Fixed Pricing Guarantee & Terms

The quote agreed upon will not incur additional charges as long as the client is forthcoming with all details involving the scope of work.

I&D services will always include:

• Assisting with giveaways, literature and/or exhibition materials.
• Moving demo displays or equipment that does not require a forklift or any kind of lifting apparatus.
• Setting up audio/visual players and making sure all monitors and/or sound equipment is in working order.
• Receiving and carrying in any deliveries sent to our offices, homes or warehouse.
• Waiting for labor and electricians where it’s required ​(this can sometimes take all day or require you to return the next day)
• Waiting for the return of empties ​(depending on the size of the show, this can sometimes take all night or require you to return the next day)
• Handling split shipments ​(we will make certain that all split shipments are separated, packed and labeled accordingly)
• And can include other requests within reason

These services will all be done at NO EXTRA COST!

Post Bill Scenarios:

• Anything encountered that was not originally detailed, explained or pointed out beforehand that exceeds (2) hours.
• Dropping off or picking up exhibition materials at FedEx, UPS, USPS or Shipping/Trucking/GC Warehouses
• Anything unforeseen! Unfortunately, in the trade show industry there are many variables and elements that can cause an unforeseen event.

When this happens, everyone is usually scrambling to find solutions and we have to improvise and do whatever it takes to complete the exhibit and make sure the client is happy. This normally involves the following:

• Trips to a hardware store or somewhere outside the venue
• Building, retrofitting or reconfiguring
• Purchasing of materials
• And most of all "Time"

Costs will vary depending on what’s needed and how much time it will take.

Our Promise:

Unless it’s out of our control and absolutely necessary, we will try to never send a post bill.
